Our Story
History
Windsor Math & Science Academy was founded to address a gap in middle school education: the need for a rigorous, structured STEM program for motivated students who are ready for real academic challenge.
Located in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles, WMSA serves families who value academic excellence, structured instruction, and preparation for competitive high schools and future STEM careers.
Our program combines advanced mathematics, rigorous science curriculum, computer science instruction, and competition preparation — all within a supportive community of like-minded learners.

Dr. Wonjong Kim
Principal
Dr. Kim brings an interdisciplinary background in computer science, biology, research, and education. He studied at Cornell University, pursued doctoral training at the University of Arizona, and worked at Google before dedicating his career to STEM education.

Ms. Byun brings 20+ years of experience in college counseling and academic planning. She has guided 100+ students to admission at Ivy League and other top-tier universities, including Harvard and MIT.
